Introducing Keltek Inc.
Rayser Holdings, Inc., a Cedar Rapids-based ESOP owned holding company, announced that it has acquired Keltek, Inc. “We are excited to welcome Keltek, Inc. into the Rayser family” stated Michelle Jensen, President & CEO of Rayser Holdings.
Keltek is a company located in Baxter, Iowa that supplies, installs and services vehicle upfitting, communication, and IT products for law enforcement, fire, EMS and public works agencies. They have established themselves as leaders within the public safety industry. Keltek was incorporated in 2007 and has continued to grow with a commitment to technology products.
Their former owners, Kelly and Jamie Milligan, are focused on culture, employees and being able to grow their business. Transitioning ownership to an ESOP allowed Jamie and Kelly to give back to the employees who helped them build a successful company and strategically position the company for growth while maintaining a great culture. They have a strong leadership team and very dedicated employees.
