April 4th, 2025 [CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa] – Rayser Holdings has announced the sale of one of its subsidiaries, KELTEK, Incorporated, to MacQueen Group.
MacQueen, based out of St. Paul, Minnesota, is a leading provider of environmental and emergency solutions across the Midwest. The company, which serves city, state, and federal agencies throughout 12 states in the U.S., acquired KELTEK, Inc. on March 24th, 2025.
KELTEK, Inc. is located in Baxter, IA, and has been a leader in technology, connectivity, and vehicle upfitting for law enforcement and first responders across Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and the Dakotas for over 25 years.
